Cryotec’s carbon dioxide liquefaction equipment is highly automated, ensuring the continuous production of high-quality carbon dioxide.

1. Raw Gas Pretreatment

.The raw gas is pretreated based on pressure, temperature, and composition.
.The pretreatment process includes cooling the raw gas and removing solids, odorant, and flavor substances.

2. Compression and Drying

.The CO₂ is compressed.
.The CO₂ is dried to remove moisture.

3. Purification and Liquefaction

.Further purification is carried out to remove impurities.
.The purified CO₂ is then liquefied.

4. Further CO₂ Purification(Optional)

.The CO₂ is possibly further purified to remove traces of non-condensable gases.

5. Storage

.The process produces high-purity liquid CO₂ that meets electronic or food industry standards and is temporarily stored in storage tanks.
